Dialect Press
Help us bring bold collaborative literature to life
Help us bring bold, collaborative literature to life - with carbon positive practices and care at the core of everything we do.
Dialect Press is a small, independent publisher with a big mission: to publish innovative, collaborative works while treading lightly on the planet.
We’re committed to sustainable publishing methods, from recycled paper to ethical printing, and we champion voices that thrive in collective, cross-disciplinary creation.
Now, we need your help. We have sought to raise funds through institutional funders but these efforts unfortunately haven’t born fruit, so we’re turning to our amazing group of committed supporters for help.
We’re raising funds to cover printing, distribution and marketing costs, as well as the editorial time needed to bring our next slate of projects into the world. It’s not a massive amount, but it’s enough to help us grow our list with some brilliant collaborative writing. In the next few months, we have work coming through from Sean Borodale, Ella Duffy, Adam Horovitz and more.
Your support will directly fund:
environmentally responsible printing and production
fair compensation for our editors and collaborators
distribution costs to get these unique works into the hands of readers
Every contribution - big or small - helps us continue doing what we believe in: publishing work that matters, made responsibly and collectively.
We would be incredibly grateful if you could help us edge toward our target of £2,500. Money is incredibly tight for everyone right now, we get it, but if everyone in our network gave a quid or two we would hit our goal comfortably.
Let’s keep radical publishing alive. Thank you for being part of it.
